Sebab yang terjadi bila implikasi manajerial kepemimpinan dalam organisasi adalah akan menciptakan kepemimpinan yang baik karna adanya proses manajemen yang direncakan, karena induk dari sebuah perusahaan adalah pemimpin jadi bila pemimpinnya berkualitas maka perusahaan tersebut akan menjukukan kualitasnya. Sebaliknya jika pemimpinnya tidak kompeten maka perusahaan tersebut tidak mencapai nilai yang berkualitas.

MY FAVORITE PLATFORM APPS (IOS/ANDROID)

If you ask me what application I use often on my gadget, I will answer parallel space.  Parallel Space app Why parallel space?  Because this app can duplicate apps on our gadgets. And this is very useful for us who have more than one social media account.  For me personally, the use of this app is for me playing online game that is hits ie mobile legends.  Why am I using this app to play mobile legends?  Because I have multiple accounts in this game and it's complicated if I have to log into other accounts in one gadget. Because this game can only one account in one gadget. So if we want to switch to our other account we have to remove the game and reset our gadgets to the beginning. For me it is very troublesome. So this app is very useful to me. This application can be downloaded for free in the google play store. And this is how to use it

My Reccomended Culinary

I along with my girl friend always take time to hunt culinary every weekend. One of my favorite places to eat is Pasta Kangen. The location of this eating place is in Gas Alam depok. From the place feels very comfortable and creative. Because they adorn the walls with various works of art so it does not look boring. My favorite menu is a flat-shaped carbonara paste. From the price is very friendly with student money .
